The FlexVNX+ includes an 8 slot backplane that can support 19mm x 320pin, 19mm x 400pin, 39mm x 320pin, and 39 x 400pin plug in cards. The 320pin variants support the hybrid aperture connectors. The card cage in the platform is tilted upwards by 5° for easier card access. The chassis includes a VITA 46.11 chassis manager and maintenance port aggregator along with extensive front panel I/Os. This chassis supports 10GBASE-KX/40GBASE-KX4 Ethernet and PCI Express Gen4 for maximum speed and throughput. Elma Electronic’s newest OpenVPX development
platform is designed to accommodate boards
requiring VITA 48.4 LFT (Liquid Flow-Through) cooling.
The standard establishes the mechanical design
interface, outline and mounting requirements for a 6U
VPX liquid-flow-through cooled plug-in module within
associated sub-racks. The connector layout remains
common with VITA 46. The plug-in module uses liquid
f
lowing through an integral heatsink of the module for
cooling the electronic components and circuit boards.
The quick disconnect coupling assemblies allow fluidic
coupling to the chassis manifold.
Intended for proof of concept testing and development
tasks, this self-contained VITA 48.4 LFT platform is
designed to accept up to five 6U VPX plug-in modules
on a 1” pitch, and either a built-in power supply or a
plug-in VITA 62 power module. The liquid-to-air heat
exchanger provides the required fluid for cooling, and
a flow indicator shows whether the fluid is circulating.
The system can be adapted to any slot count and

ELMA バックプレーン OpenVPX 防衛The Elma BKP6-CEN10-11.2.6-3 6U OpenVPX backplane comes in a
Dual Star centralized routing topology with two switch slots and four
Fat Pipes to each slot. The control plane is also a Dual Star topoloy
with two Ultra Thin pipes to each slot. The expansion plane connects
adjacent slots with double Fat Pipes in a daisy chain topology. The
data plane has Fat Pipes available and the control plane has Thin
Pipes that can be assessed from an RTM or via cables.
The backplane offers 3.125 to 6.250 Gbauds/ performance in one
PCB. This design provides maximum performance while saving you
money.
